Mind boggling words

Words when misspelt can be a nuisance. As the Chinese say ‘a stroke will make a difference’. Henceforth, a scratch will make a difference in English. Take for example: pleasant, peasant, pheasant.

A ¹peasant caught a beautiful ²pheasant and decided to present the pheasant as a ³pleasant surprise to the king who is very fond of pheasants.

Note: 1. a poor farmer

2. a type of fowl

3. something good
