Hooray! Hooray! It’s a holiday.
H.O.L.I.D.A.Y.S. comes in different forms. A public holiday usually denotes the festival or grand occasion of something. It’s also a time for others to be free and easy. In fact, holidays evolved from holy days. Well, people used to take holy days pretty seriously. There used to be great celebration and everyone chip in one way or another back then. That’s why a holy day is also a holiday. Nowadays we say school break instead of school holiday(s). Whether it’s a holiday or holy day, it’s always ‘Hooray! Hooray! It’s a holiday.’
